Especially around certain open water spaces where boats laden with flowers, vegetables and other produce congregate in a colourful, chaotic melee to sell their wares. Customers and tourists add to the confusion and the dealings in this wholesale marketplace where the day's trading is almost unexpectedly brief and brisk.
